We used to go up to the Parry Sound Sports Bike Rally years ago. They had some really great roads up there, but I don't remember them, but there were a number of them. Find at Timmies and ask the locals. I really miss that Sport Bike Rally, so much more going on there than Friday 13th in Dover.

I think most companies recommend changing your helmet after 5 years. I think that is for people that ride all the time. Most helmets today allow you to take out the pads and lining to clean them, but very few people do that. If you do that on a regular basis your helmet should last longer. All...
