Buddy has a 2010 Husky 610sm which is not starting. Bike cranks over, but doesn't get running. Bike died on the highway while riding in the rain.
Any motorcycle shops in the Oshawa area which works on Husqvarnas?

Air/fuel, Compression, Spark

I believe those are fuel injected. So essentially, you want to see if the injector is squirting fuel. If you're lucky you can see if the plug is wet after cranking

Then you can check for spark, by cranking the engine with the spark plug out, still plugged into wire, but grounded against the engine. Do it in a dark place and see if there is spark.

Then check for compression. A tester can be had for 40 bucks online or most cheapo auto stores.

Compression is is unlikely if it just shut down randomly. it is most likely fuel or spark. Which could just be block by a safety switch (kickstand, kill switch, etc.)

My guess , electrical, probably bad regulator or corrosion in some connections. Most decent bike shops would be able to troubleshoot/service them, they are awesome bikes.

The fact it died in the rain is an indicator it is likely electrical IMO. The difficult part is tracing down the issue. As mentioned start by pulling the plug to check for spark and go from there.

They don't work on huskys. So I'm out of luck.

Wet no start is electrical. Take the bike home and put it in a heated garage it will likely start up and run fine. When you have time, pull the seat and check your wiring looms / harness. Could be a coil losing voltage to the moisture. Or even a plug wire. Pull some plugs on the harness, especially to the spark controler (CDI box), you'll likely see some blue fuzz corrosion. Clean up the connections, put some dialectic grease so you don't run into this issue. They sit in moist Canadian garages in the winter and corrode.

Update:
Got the bike back today. Apparently it ran out of gas and I had no idea. Silly me. Gas light didn't come on. They put gas and charged the battery, bike fired up. Very happy to be riding again.
