wsj takes trump to task

You asked for some links, so don't argue when you are offered some.
let me quote you "To this day huh? Examples? Link something actually said, truly racist or vulgar"

Highlighted the pertinent part for you. If Hombre is all it takes to set you (or anyone) off, I'm sorry, but Trump, nor I, are the problem. Offense cam only be taken... and when done so easily, who is really being divisive?

Sorry, didn't watch the vid again.. got better things to do ATM than be railed on (or called names, whether or not you feel justified) by hyper sensitive people who glaze over the actual point of what I've been posting to engage in their witch hunt. I'm ignorant? lol .... Maybe later

She'll likely win, and much like our Wynne, in four years time, who's going to admit their previous support for her. As I've said, they're two pretty lowly choices, but if the worst you can come up with for Trump is manufactured outrage over the fact that he's an unpolished turd; yeah, I'll take that over the crooked smooth talkin turd any day

Top Google responses. Not one mention of derogatory nature. So tell me, where is the "ignorant" white male like myself supposed to learn of this offensive use you speak of? Rhetorical question tbh

So calling me sensitive gives you permission to be a racist?

Because to you the term is no big deal means that others should take it not to be perceived as soft?

I am sure that if someone calls you the N word it's also no big deal to you and that black people are just sensitive and shouldn't be offended , what you fail to understand is the meaning behind the words, not the actual word .

You say you have no time but yet keep researching links to post instead of watching the video I posted that quotes Trump on things he actually said

Anyways the Internet is a great place so discover who people are.

By the way, I am not offended, you asked for a link, I provided, to me this is the end of the discussion

Have been raised in Latin America I can tell you implicitly that using the word Hombre in any context by any white North American person is racist, period. It's like saying Colo in case you don't get it.

had no idea myself, thought it was something about characters in western flicks,

i remember when dubya bush jr said pak! on camera once like it was completely normal

I don't know what Pak means, so if someone tells me that is a term that offends people I will make sure not to use it instead of pulling **** out of my ass and tell those offended that they are wrong .... I'm not that self centred

And I am obviously talking about Neil V

short for pakistani, i spelled it with an exclamation mark pak!

point on the 'h' word tho is i doubt most folks know what it's about, just like bush jr didn't know about the 'p' word

thought the message was ~ 'bad dudes' or the bad ones, dope, gangs etc

why is it ok to mock the, pc word these days is 'differently enabled,' & throw out their 'r' word, retarded?

used to be mentally retarded, then challenged, then became differently enabled, how does that compare to what trump did? as far as mocking the diasbled or handicped?

not to mention practically anything goes now on the net which makes a mockery of any pc correctness, as it was

who can keep track anymore..

Time to finish up hashing it all out. Tomorrow is decision day. I'm heading to bed early tonight as as much as I hate to say it, I'll probably be glued to the TV watching the results roll in. There's a good chance 24-25 hours from now we should know the final result.

bottom line tho is folks are fed up with status quo, that has come down to 2 choices, regardless of the outcome, i doubt those folks are going away

The world is about to explode due to Hillary Clinton. The US is pulling its troops home due to nuclear threats from Russia due to Hillary's comments "we'll have to take care of Vladimir Putin." US General retaliation comments to Putin. This is no joke... this is not normal troop movement. We are extremely close to WW3 via Putin's ordered "no fly zone" over Syria. It (strangely) feels like the US is orchestrating this whole thing to take out Russia... another 911 ploy in the making. If Hillary wins, run for the hills!

What do you mean "If" Hillary wins. She's already got it won by 5-7%. The pussy vid sank Trump. This is going to be the stormiest presidency America has ever seen.

Lol wow just wow. This is the problem when people get their information from Facebook and conspiracy websites.

To this day huh? Examples? Link something actually said, truly racist or vulgar, and not just inferred... Or is it only others who you require to back up their beliefs?

See the hypocrisy?

FTR.. you're intitled to your opinion, I just don't fully agree; nor do I understand how the world makes mountains out of mole hills on Trump, yet stick their head in the sand with HC.

.... Great Huff Post article on the 20 ways Trump objectifies women.. or something to that effect.. anything recent? Doesn't matter though right haha

He's no saint, but as I said before, at least you get what you see with him.
Whether you think he's racist or sexist or not doesn't matter. What matters is those who condemn him believe he is presently very racist and sexist and all sorts of other nasty flaws of character, vs. the guy who was formerly a rabid racist then redeemed himself.

What do you see is the problem with that?

Your opinion and my opinion of Trump isn't relevant to your claim that there's a problem with the way the Clinton's accuse him of being racist.

So now I'm a racist? Common bud... But thanks, you just proved my point. Don't call me anymore names. I have in no way been disrespectful to you.

I googled hombre and posted the first 5 results, followed by a legitimate question... your respond with youre a racist. Again, who's divisive. It's sad to watch those who claim to be so anti hate be so willfully hateful all the time.

@fastar1... See what it takes to obtain a label these days.. This is my point on Trump. As for Sen Byrd, yeah he may have atoned for his previous beliefs, not arguing that; merely how it's a forgiveness Trump apparently isn't afforded.

Lol wow just wow. This is the problem when people get their information from Facebook and conspiracy websites.

P.S.

If you don't have any concerns about global conflict, particularly with Russia, after this last couple years and the mess HC left as secretary, I suggest you bury yourself in some geo-political reading over the next week. And do yourself a favor and stick to the non north american sources if you want something even close to accurate. We're in such a bubble here in NA, thinking we're hero's while the rest of the world's hate for us slowly builds. Syria is about Russia, and has been since day one, for a start. And we sit on the verge of a POTUS who's favorite rhetoric is cold war esque.... "the Russians did it" ... that is not good for any of us.

It's 2016, everything offends everybody. Your posts are a prime example why this attitude has prevailed in a society full of SJW losers.

I wasn't calling you Racist - it was a generic comment that people try to get away with being racist by calling others sensitive, maybe didn't come across that way but I don't think you are racist, just misinformed but that is just my opinion.

lol got to love how people with no knowledge on the culture seems to think they are experts on what will push a button to said culture and what will not... please tell me more :)

I don't really give two ***** about what you think - I was simply replying to Neil's comments and providing a perspective that Canadians might not understand since they live in Canada and didn't grow up outside of Canada, like stayed within the boarders of Canada.... and maybe are not susceptible to things that will only affect those that were raised OUTSIDE of Canada..... ya knowwww

Exactly. I have an American FB friend right now, young guy in his 20s, who subscribes to every crazy political conspiracy page on Facebook and believes everything they post without a second thought – the scary thing is is that he's making political decisions based solely on those sorts of sites.

It's really sad to see democracy working like this. Many of these websites and Facebook pages are the online equivalent of the "Bigfoot and Elvis" type newspapers, but people actually believe everything they read online anymore so long as it agrees with their views

People are looking for confirmation of their viewpoints, and that's it. Nothing else matters.

I'm not concerned about us conflict with Russia if Hillary wins. It will just be sabre rattling of the Cold War. If trump wins then I expect Russia to walk into territories like the Ukraine unopposed by trump.

So much this. Glad to see someone else gets it.

It is damn sad to be honest, everyone is an expert on their own views regardless of facts or anyone's elses point of view.

Like this stupid argument I am having above, I am not offended personally by the bad hombre comment, but I can understand why many latin americans are, is to do with context, the messenger and the tone of it, but these guys with no insight on the culture pretend to know what should or should not be..... just unbelievable.

I got to stop posting here so I am out.
