My pet peeve: Often

Pronounced with a silent "T". It's not 'Off-Ten', it's 'off-en'

pretty sure #3 is correct. Assuming you mean focaccia sandwich.
 
one I've heard recently, which I don't think is wrong but sounds weird to me is
harrisment: harassment
 
My favorite of all times:
"kinda" vs. "kind of"
and
"should of" vs. "should have"

The sad part is that I see these coming from locals in their late 20's who actually grew into the language from birth, and not naturalized immigrants who at the most have no problem speaking proper English. Go figure...:confused2:

Another one that I find unique is aluminum. I believe both pronunciations are correct.
