Why Men and Women Cant Be Friends

Maybe going off in a tangent.

Women are generally attracted by the material possessions of men.
Men are generally attracted by the physical appearance of women.

Men and women can be friends if one of them lack the qualities above.
Men and women can stay friend if both of them lack the qualities above.
Men and women always hook up if both of them have the qualities above.

Feelings, inner beauty, personality, hobbies, or even culture. All good characteristics. But in the harsh (and cruel) world of dating/mating appearance and possessions have always prevailed.

Sorry again to go off in a tangent.


PS: What hot chicks? Except for the blond chick with the colored jacket, rest are meh...
 
I’d also like to point out that if you friends with a hot chick and you go out to a restaurant. That triggers other hot chicks wanting you more than guys going to a club with other guys.
It’s the same situation as guys with wedding rings. It’s just a natural attraction of women.

There’s more pros than cons when having girls has friends. This video is very foolish.
 
I have always had guy friends, mainly because I have a ton of hobbies that my gfs arent generally interested in, I have had friendships where we do things for each other and its worked...BUT I must say often times I have noticed that either one or the other can become attracted to the other......or even someone you may not have been attracted to at first glance becomes someone your attracted to because you get to know them so well, and enjoy company, hobbies, interests etc.

As for maintaining friendships when one or the other gets a bf/gf I suppose this topic is difficult, for e.g my current bf doesnt think you can be "just friends"......similarly I know many girls that wouldnt like their man continuing a friendship with a girl, generally this is insecurity, and brought on my jealousy.

I have quite a few female friends that are just friends and I wouldn't go for it even if she flat out offered it... These are the friends that I have lots in common with but I'm not attracted to.
However, I also have those ones that I'm friends with and I either already have shared a night with them or I would.

So it's possible.

How about an 18 year old girl thats still in high school and a 24 year old guy? That's happening right now with my sister. My mom thinks they are just friends, and I'm ready to bust the guy's skull in.

Or, when they go chat you up in the ladies' room, inventing stories about how awesome you are, and bring you women. That's OK too. :happy1:

What if your friends with a butt-ugly chick or a lesbo... u guys help each other out as if normal guy-buddies do for each other, then the statement would be true. Men and Women can be friends.
 
Most of my female friends I am not attracted to and that's why I can be "just friends" with them. The few that I think are attractive i would sleep with at the drop of a hat if the opportunity presented itself. For the most part they know this as I don't really make it a secret. Doesn't mean I'd date them though.

Exactly my point. If they are hot I would never chose to not to sleep with them (I would right now because I am engaged, but I wont be hanging around them anymore)

Having Hot girl friends and chosing not to sleep with them IS NOT A GUY THING! anyone that says otherwise is because they are ugly and the girls wouldn't sleep with them anyways..so not really by choice.

I've found that if you sleep together, get it out of the way and then admit you're better off friends it makes for a more honest friendship.

Doesn't always turn out well if you tell your new significant other about what happened though. Some secrets should be taken to the grave.
