Why Android is better than iPhone.

I didn't see anything to get excited about with ios7. Basically just a new skin, and not enough to catch up with...pretty much everyone else, now.

Disclaimer: I work at BlackBerry. Apparently I'm supposed to say that any time I post on these things. Don't hate.

Megapixels aren't ANYthing. More MP is just as likely to be detrimental to image quality as beneficial, because they are smaller and take in less light.
 
From the videos... looks like the keyboard letters do not change case as it goes from lowercase to uppercase.... WTF, are all these people smoking crack...

And before you say... "Well, the physical keyboard does not change case", that is NOT a valid argument when put against the digital world.

Once you get used to a keyboard that does this... everything else is WTF!!!

And why can't people change the size of their keys....??

Does anyone over there take things like Swiftkey keyboard and learn, or are they just too damn stubborn??

megapixels don't mean much, eventually all you get is noise. size of the area that they've squeezed the photo receptors into has bearing, and the glass. i have a old sony mavica at 3.1 MP that took way sharper and better pics than a fuji 5.1 MP that was to replace it.

my girlfriends' samsung infuse 4g (which came out after my iPhone 4) has a better camera on paper but when we take the same pics the pics from the iPhone are better quality.

That's a good point, the Apple keyboard is the worst of all mobile OSes, and it looks like they did SFA to improve it.

And now that I think about it, I never understood why they would have a lock screen when the phone is password protected. Why not make the password entry screen the lock screen and save us a step? If anything needed improving, those are the top two things IMO.

It's not just apple, BB is supposed to be the "Keyboard King" and the new Z10 doesn't do it either... I was dumbfounded... and all the BB folks at work were relentless in their defense of either A: A willful ignorance on what the digital future entails. or B: folks that just can't see the big picture....

I wonder if that's one of those stupid little things that gets patent protection, and maybe Google or MS paid for the right to use it but Apple and BB didn't? I bet that's it. Craziness.
 
Global government conspiracy? Taking out people one by one by remotely detonating our smartphone batteries?
It's not a secret "they" can listen to our conversations, browse through our text messages and emails and access our cameras.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates this keyboard. I miss my android keyboard but I'm stuck w crApple for a work phone.

Beyond the keyboard: I wish you could change the default map and browser... And fix Siri: any other voice system works for me except Siri. Me: "Logistics" ... Siri: "Do you mean Justin?" .... Wtf?

That's another good point. Didn't MS get sued by for anticompetitive practices for bundling IE with Windows, and now Apple is doing it with their mapper and browser which are forced on us as default apps. What gives!

when apple has 95 percent of the smart phone market it might be an issue.
 
when is the next gen phone coming? I have lots of credits on windtab I wanna use... currently sporting a galaxy note 2. Need something same screen size or better.
