Why Android is better than iPhone.

The S3 is basically same as S2.

iPhone5 is massively upgraded.

Jelly bean is available. I have it on my Nexus S. It's also on the nexus 7 tablet. Google releases it for unbranded phones, but unfortunately the cell companies have to release it themselves. They test it before releasing it, unfortunately rogers is the worse for releasing updates. They took a yr to release Symbian Anna for the N8, and they are not releasing Belle at all for the N8. Jelly Bean is awesome, great upgrades, more fluid, better camera app, ect.

That's because the software on the iPhone is crap. When Android updates are released it's worth the wait.

You keep going on about this. It's definitely annoying, but it's just not that big a deal. I have the choice to run JB on my phone because I have on unlocked bootloader and a phone with developer support, but I choose to run old GingerBread. I'm not missing out on much. If you gave all Android owners an Update, most would likely be annoyed by the change while with iOS on my iPad, I don't even notice a difference.

I don't understand why anyone would be annoyed with an Android update, and if you are running gingerbread, you are missing lots without jelly bean, its smoother, better camera, faster, ect. I'm hoping stupid Rogers will release jelly bean for my S2 soon. I almost regret giving my daughter my Nexus S, thinking I should of given her the S2 and kept the nexus with jelly bean.
