have a look for your self. only one current device comes with the latest and greatest os. and according to the official android web site it is not available in canada

Judging from the take rate of current Androids, for example, the Galaxy G3 which sold 20 million in just 3 months.....just goes to show you how GOOD Ice Cream Sandwich still is, let alone the Jelly Bean update.

ok so androids website is wrong, but hey you would think that with in a week of releasing the latest and greatest os that it would be being sold on devices but we're over 2 months past that.

The way a friend was complaining about custom roms voiding his warranty leads me to believe that updating manually could void ones warranty. And we know that most existing android units will never see jelly bean because it is in the best interests of the carriers and hsandset makers not to offer it. We saw this when our choices were windows phone or black berry. Windows ce was just not getting any attention.

but at least it will come with the latest software... not something from 2011 or 2010. hell even if you buy an older model iPhone you will get the latest software on it.
