Why Android is better than iPhone.

I take part to update my gtam family of new tech in this department, that could be useful to your brains, just incase you didn't know.....this debate was over long time ago....Apple iphone is better in many ways, certain Android phones is a backup.

Yes, my life revolves around what Apple does and what some new trinket phone does as well.
...and I wonder why you picked that user name.

Well...... sad, sad, sad news.....

RIM is *done*.

They announced that BB10 will be released in 2013!

Ridiculous.

100 pages + debating which trinket is better.
I guess their are no other interesting topics to discuss or solutions to offer towards real issues.
Carry on with the great trinket debate.

Real issues like bicyclists??

:lmao:

Oh really?

JellyBean is shaping up to me an excellent follow up to ICS.....
Jellybean will feature:

  • Project Butter (VSync, Triple Buffering, Touch responsiveness)
  • much higher frame rate
  • smoother & consistent user experience
  • home screen revamp featuring improved widgets (automatic resizing)
  • improved predictive keyboard guesses the next word before you type it
  • voice typing even with no data connection
  • review photos quickly
  • You can call someone back from the missed call notification itself.
  • built-in voice search (Siri killer!)
  • Google Now, right information at the right time. The phone now predicts things for you. Such as when the next bus is coming, alternative routes for drivers in case there is traffic, real-time sports updates, and more.
  • New YouTube ap

Reports say that 12 new Android devices are activated every second of every day.

oh, even Apple fans can't get away from Google tech. :)

So this is rather interesting: Apparently Foxconn’s CEO Terry Gou has been sharing some of his famous words of wisdom lately, advising consumers to wait a bit before making their next smartphone purchase.Speaking at the company’s annual shareholders meeting, Gou told investors to hold off on buying the new Samsung Galaxy S III, claiming that Apple’s next smartphone would put the handset to shame…The China Times reports:
“Gou also urged consumers to wait for the launch of Apple’s iPhone 5, saying that the new model would put Samsung’s Galaxy III to shame. With Hon Hai’s marketing and manufacturing strengths and Sharp’s key technologies, the two will be able to defeat their arch-rival Samsung, the chairman said.”
That’s a pretty confident statement, to say that a device — which isn’t expected to be announced for several months — is already better than one that reportedly pre-soldmore than 9 million units. What’s Gou thinking? Perhaps he’s being a corporate cheerleader — Apple is one of Foxconn’s largest partners. Or maybe the CEO has already seen the next iPhone, and is simply speaking the truth.Whatever his reasoning, we have to agree that folks in the market for a new smartphone should wait a couple of months before purchasing. With rumors of a larger display, LTE compatibility, and an almost-certain redesign, this year’s iPhone is shaping up to be one of the most significant in the handset’s history.

And if you wait a little longer the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be out too with even cooler and neater things for you to do.
And if you wait a just a little bit longer then the Iphone 6 will be out and I hear it will make breakfast for you.
Personally I would wait for the new units that come with a contact lens and a tiny earpiece like the "invisible" hearing aids.
I mean anything else is just so behind the times and you certainly don't want to be so 2000 and late right.

So let us wait and look at all the smartphones come out until the best one EVAR COMES OUT.

*starts waiting*

google did good here....

lol, noooooo. . .but those android phones are so big, and my apple phone is juuuust the right size, they can't make it larger!

. . .i only predicted this last year, when the sheeple were bleating that a larger screen was somehow not an attractive feature. . .wrong then, and still wrong today, only this time it will be mothership apple will be telling them that they were wrong, lol.

and lte? lol, been enjoying that for almost a year now. welcome to 2011, apple. thought iphone was state of the art. maybe the koolaid kids will get their lte speeds in 2013, lol--almost two years after android. right around when bb10 releases (if they are still running by that point).

lol, and why would it be even remotely interesting that foxconn's ceo wants to stump for apple? he's not stupid, he knows what side his bread is buttered on. that's like saying apple's ceo thinks the next gen iphone will be awesome. . .

I always hear how bad these apple fanboys are.

Funny enough I only hear it from the countless apple haters who cant seem to shut up about how stupid apple fans are.

Funny enough this thread is titled "why android is better than iphone"

not sure why this is so mysterious to you, or 'funny'. . .

clearly, according to the apple fanbois, anyone who hasn't drunk the koolaid is a 'hater', so ergo, anyone who finds the sheeple to be silly apparently are only one stripe, according to you.

only in the simplistic apple-reductionist world would this be accepted as sound logic, lol.

. . .if apple lovers started chirping about 'stupid apple fans', that surely would be a sign of the apocalypse, no?

. . .and only cr-apple owners are so insecure about their purchases that they feel it necessary to threadcrap for pages on end in a thread titled "why android is better than iphone", instead of making their own thread to counter.

'cause apparently i'm supposed to accept the idea that all of those hipster wannabes/posers with iproducts in every orifice at starbucks somehow know more about technology than i do. . .you know, the ones pouring my drinks. yes, those are the ones with the bentley/rolls of electronic devices who are somehow livin' the life, and are merely slumming it as baristas while glorying in their apple-devolved status. i'm supposedly going to learn about the 'finer things in life' from these tuque-wearing, skinny jeans philosopher kings. . .

. . .gold, jerry, gold!
