It's cold, it's windy, it's wet, it's slippery as $#@! but rain took almost all of the snow away

Yes, just as long as the roads are passable enough to get to the venue people still ride events regardless of weather.
I've rode many events in snow or freezing rain over the years, I usually do relatively good on those ones too
There is some snow, I crashed once today but it was a layer of mud on ice :| my error, don't ride where water flows,
everything else is good today, is good slippery riding practice. I ride until I can't feel my clutch finger any more, then I thaw out for a while so I can go do it again ? I'm going to try rubber-gloves under my riding-gloves this time and see if that helps.
