Winter riders are riding to the Supershow for sure!

Yes, I suspect there will be no shortage of hardy riders in the parking lot considering the forecast.

I'm not going...I just don't really have much interest in the show. I'm not in the market for a new bike, looking at show bikes that look neat but are totally impractical garage queens doesn't interest me much, and I really don't need any more gear.

I saw a touring bike of some sort on highway 401 eastbound near Tilbury today.

So, uh...

Where the F is the "sunny and clear" conditions they were forecasting for today..up until I went to bed last night?

Honestly, I swear half these weather forecasting places don't even hire real meteorologists anymore. THere's no other explanation for how wildly wrong forecasts are anymore, even 8-12 hours out.

Anyone get out at all today?

What a botched forecast. I think I saw about 30 minutes of sun just before sunset.

Will go out tomorrow after breakfast. Wanted to get the bike washed if nothing else. Looks like temps start to plummet right before lunch tomorrow however.

I rode to work and back 40 kms total. Was a pleasant ride. I saw one other person riding a new adventure bike, looked like the christmas wrapping paper was still on it.

A few people rode to the bike show. I drove. Although the temperature was not bad, the roads were wet in the morning and looked slippy.

Out for a few hours today. It did feel a little spooky in places.

Yeah, that's the reason mine never left the garage. The forecasted "full day of sun" (
wtf.gif
) that we were supposed to get would have not only made the temps feel warmer, but would have actually dried out the roads.

Grrrrr.

I rode from my place in Pickering to the motorcycle show, about 100km round trip. Cool, but not uncomfortable. No trouble with the roads.

Get out there. Chop chop!

Last time i rode to the show was back in 2005 i think. Not a bad ride from Waterloo, but a lot of traffic.Cop at the entrance said "lots full" and waved me past.Really? Took the long way home.

Drove the truck to the show yesterday but had the bike out for a quickie today. Bowmanville to Oshawa and back.

Driving Southbound at around 4pm on the 400 I saw a bike (looked like a v-strom) merge on the highway in front of me from the Teston on ramp. Anyone from here? It was -2 and lightly snowing. Hardcore.

I did get out yesterday. To the carwash and back LOL.

Felt good to get out even for a short ride.

Damn! Wanted to ride in to work today.

All geared up, pulled the bike out of the garage then realized my driveway was all ice. I wouldn't have made it down the driveway so put it back i nthe garage and took the car. :(

Good I didn't as my local street was pretty icy as well. Now I'm sitting at work looking outside and thinking how nice it looks... Maybe tomorrow.

Could have rode into work today,,,but the weatherman says rain is coming this afternoon. I hope it does rain now otherwise I'm gonna be ****** as I believed the weatherman. It said it was 80% POP. Usually below 30 I take the chance.

$hite! I know, went out to do some errands this morning and it was sweet out, some sun and definitely warm. Wanted to drop everything and hop on the bike. But yea the afternoon is suppose to be all rain....

Hardly feels like winter will take hold this year, around here anyway (Scarborough)
