Bike seems parked at too great an angle to the curb. Also looks like the rider parked it in a position where he's attempting to deter cars from parking in a spot that's "too small" for their cars. The rider succeeded in making the spot too small physically, but not visually. Sucks though.. Looks like my old 250

Agreed, a little work and the word of the photographer, it's pretty obvious what happened. The EXIF data within the photos will put them in order, and the fact that someone was there to take a picture of the event happening provides the witness. Pretty good case, just need to let the owner know .

It looks pretty convincing to me. Is it possible you knocked it over since youre being so adamant that mooshu doesn't have a case? And anyways, he is trying to help. I'd rather him try then go about his daily business ignoring what he saw.
