Maybe I'm missing one of the pics. I don't see any grey Matrix. And if this picture exists, the bike would have to be in mid-fall for the picture to tell the story on it's own.

fastar, I get what you are saying the pics appear to be out of sequesnce and open to all kinds of interpretation.

The dark grey vehicle is a Subaru Forrester not a Matrix. Just make sure that's in the report or they will be looking for the wrong car.

It also doesn't show it being knocked down, you also described the other car incorrectly, and I wouldn't have called the "Matrix" as grey though that's probably just a matter of opinion.
Like I said, getting the guy responsible would require a witness who is more reliable than you.

Stupid way to park your bike. I park my bike in 2 spots so cars know to GTFO
If he had relayed the story to the cops the same way he did here, they would have dismissed him as a crackpot.

Anyone who would try and squeeze in front of a bike already laying on it's side deserves to get blamed for knocking it over out of stupidity regardless.
