where do you guys get your tires from?

Common sense says you should be prepared to pay full pop for a shop to install something you purchased elsewhere.. I used to do it to people all the time. You'd be surprised how fast they realize they're aren't actually saving anything buying online

Absolutely not. I in fact never blamed them. It was 100% my own fault for not researching first. I learned my lesson, and now I tell my friends do go local as well.
 
I got my tires (Bridgestone BT90's) from Crossan Motorcycles in Ireland. They're a good grippy tire for anybody stuck with an 18inch rear wheel. Don't last very long though!
 
I've bought tires from:

Pete's - sent directly from Quebec via courier to garage for mounting (usually 2 days)
Flying Squirrel - Glen is downtown Toronto, got my tire even faster than Pete's (next day) Pleasure to deal with.

Next time I am going to go with Fawaz at Speedworx. I've been having my bike serviced there, and it's an amazingly clean garage. They handle the bike with care. He has a stockpile of PR3s right now I believe... give him a call!
 
Pete's for me. I have them shipped to Blacks Corners (near smiths falls) ride in and get them changed. Also, I was sceptical about dyna beads but had them put in on the last change and they seem to work well. Pretty secure physics behind them too.
