So need your opinion about something that happened on the weekend. I had gone to a local plaza to pick up a couple things. Just got on my bike when a car pulls up an parks beside me. 3 guys step out laughing about something when one guy steps up beside me, in my face and says give me your ride. The other 2 had positioned themselves in front and behind me. I wasn't sure what to think at first and said what? He replied let me ride your bike. I really had nothing to reply with as I stared at him and decided to put on my helmet and start the bike. The guys just stop there and the guy says how much was your jacket. And I slowly started to move out the guy in front of me stepped aside. At that point I calmly drive off. So what was this about exactly? Simple admiration of my tdub or an attempted jacking in broad daylight ? At any rate to me it was unwanted attention
 
Idiot drunks? Pumped up teenagers?

How come this stuff never happens to me :(
 
Gain wrist control and then pull out your gun. They were mugging you, they wanted crack.

OP, by any chance are you not a big guy? Don't take it the wrong way but bullies always pick on the little guys.
 
This was in Brampton. Middle of the day 3 black males not drunk. I put my helmet on thinking
i was gonna have to give the guy beside me a head butt. An older guy here at work says
The only reason I didn't get mugged was because I showed no intimidation. I was in a bad mood at the time

Just some ghetto kids thinking they're tough.

You totally should have ****ed with them for pulling that. Should have driven a block away, called 911 saying that they tried to mug you and claimed they had a gun. Cops would have been there in a flash, and with probably cause to search them. Chances are they would have found something to book them on. ;)

Other than claiming a gun, I'd go with this.

OP, good on you for keeping your head and getting out of what could have been a very bad situation. Reporting it to the coppers would have been a good idea.
 
Can you tell us where in Brampton specifically so we know to avoid that area? I don't think I would have been able to pull off the just put on my helmet and that should intimidate them move successfully.

I would have pulled out my phone, set it to camera, and asked them to smile.

That is some seriously ****ed up crap, though. I don't think I would have remained as calm as you. I would have told them to suck it.
