SV650

- upright seating
- easy to maintain & cheap on gas
- awesome commuter, awesome weekend bike

Piaggio Scooter because ******* love Italian superbikes.

..but seriously, CBR125R because I was cheap and didn't realize how difficult it would be to sell. Looking for a first gen R6 or Dual Sport (WRR or DRZ)

08 Suzuki Gsxr 600

Chose it because a lot of the other supersports are too tall for me. Plus I like how she looks she's the prettiest.

Lol, I would like a super motard to add to my collection, after watching C2W on youtube and his WR250x (im not sure if that's an enduro or a sm) but either way those look pretty fun

I'm riding a 2012 BMW S1000RR. I test rode a number of bikes and found that this gave me the most confidence and so far it is among the fastest bike in productions. I use it to commute maybe once a week, other times I drive.
You must love your job...I never want to get into work that fast. Lol.

2005 R6 because I have absolutely loved the R6 since it came out in '99. Next bike I would want either a Street Triple or FZ-09, I love the look of both of them, both are tons of fun, and both look like they are better suited for around town riding and probably more comfortable for longer rides as well. The R6 would become a track bike at that point

drz400 sm

Cause it's fun as hell, I would get another SM for sure. SS are going to have a bad time with all these potholes, it's not the case with a SM.

Rode over a pothole a couple weeks ago and got sacked pretty badly. Not even riding a supersport it was a Ninja 400. What a dreadful experience which probably would have been much worse on a more aggressive style bike.

I ride a ZX1100 and a GS650, which has been a back-up and a in between bike, it's just so reliable that it starts even when sitting still for month & years.
The ZX1100 is a sport touring rocket, that more then makes up for my slightly slower wrist then before.
Heck I'm thinking of taking it to a Track Day just to be able to hear it sing while exercising my wrist with full throttle roll-ons. Not to be a track day speed racer!

Same here :)

I'm currently riding a 2011 BMW F800R, so far best bike I have ever owned. It doesn't do any one thing great... but it does everything very well and that's what I want in an everyday bike. It's super comfortable, handles amazing, gets really good mileage and it's weird looking.

The forum has done enough bashing at him...besides, I'm waiting for his "I DROPPED MY BIKE HOOOLLAAAA" thread.

I'll give him my R6 if he doesn't get banned. Then there will a post in a specific sub-forum.. lol.

Okay on a serious note, get the license before you start thinking about a bike. Many different beginner bikes out there.

I love Honda's and Yamaha's personally. My R6 is obviously my favorite toy right now, but I'm looking at getting the Yamaha FZ09 or the CBR 1000RR Repsol for next season or the season after.

Ducati 749 cause I'm a d*****bag who likes to do 15K/year of posing and be judged by noobs who have never done any riding expect in the b***h seat of someone else's bike.

No sport, supermoto, or dirtbike option?

I dunno if you can edit it.

What's an Aprilia RS125 considered? Actually the manual calls it a scooter so i guess I'd be under that... Although the Aprilia website calls it a "125cc supersport" which doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Sport, not SS but damn. I wanted one but 9k for 125cc didn't seem worth it.

Oops, double post.

That's why I went used. $4500 was still a little steep. You can buy brand new ones, old stock, in BC for $4000. That dealer in Ottawa that's had one sitting in their show room for 5 years is crazy thinking they're going to get full price (from 2009) for it.

I've seen them sell for as little as $3000 and almost bought another for $5500 last year.

For that price you could have bought a 250cc bike. If you wanted a 125cc, you should've bought a CBR125R for like $1500 with less than 3000km for $1500.
but the Aprilia is a 2 stroke and way more fun than a cbr 125.
