Electric snow melt? :confused1: most rich places I am in, use a snow melt boiler, way way way cheaper.ALOT! lol, We just did a 120'X22' ramp and it was around $25,000,(Not including the Concrete) Plus you got to deal with the hydro bill come winter of running damn near 100kW.
For the very rich in residential but we also do alot of parking ramps as you don't want a lawsuit when one of those freeze with someone coming down and someone going up.

I do this as well, whilst dodging paper airplanes and sharp objects. I'm part animal trainer, part motivational speaker, and part parole officer.
