What did you do to your Race/Track Bike today - 2014

Kit ECU and a PCV?

You cray cray.

The resolution is much better on the PCV, it has cells in 250rpm increments compared to the kit program that's 1000rpm in most of the map and it's easier to tune. Everyone wants to get rid of them so I picked mine up for $200 last year. If it was good enough for factory kawi it's good enough for me.

Tried on the leathers to see if they fit...nope.

On Sunday I should get the cover off the bike and make sure it starts before next weekend.

About to take off my fairings, tank, airbox, throttle bodies, injectors, water lines, harness.
All to change the starter. Seriously

This used to be my signature, but Chad didn't like it.

Too much work, just stay home :D

Thats what Justin is for. Put the boy to work.

He's too drunk to walk never mind push and run

Bikes back together , turns out one of my starter bolts backed out, and the mother fucker didn't even have to be changed, however this was impossible to tell with the part in the bike

You don't lock wire your starter bolts? Jeeze, how did you even pass tech

The starter had a sticker on it called "rebound" I asked around , turns out that's the problem

**** i knew it. I just cranked the preload on my starter

New stickier rubber put on and bought my own genny so I don't have to mooch to run the Bickle warmers I picked up last week.

Prepped and painted the flooring and wheelchocks on the trailer so it's a bit more pretty.

Adjusted the suspension for my weight, changed the levers back to stock, bleed the brakes, re-mount the front wheel and adjusted the chain. A big thanks to Ken and the guys at Gator Performance in Ajax.

Took old Slicks out and installed new rubber
Took old Rains out and installed new ones
Then realized I have a bad valve so had to dismount the rear slick and the rear rain and swap them

I think I am ready for the weekend
