Been using Fobo's for about 40000kms. No issues. Installed using T valve stems.

Removed all the non-insulated walls and ceiling of our tiny garage yesterday, so that they can be spray foamed. Then we'll re-drywall and fill it with shelving, followed by RaceDeck flooring in a couple of weeks to complete the winter workshop

Also, after 4 bikes over 15 years, my dual helmet lock finally broke - the last little U shaped spring loaded locks fell off sometime during my last ride, while the first one fell off about 3 years ago. It's only because I ride with them open and don't lock them when not in use. The product is called Helmet Guardian and it uses a proprietary Allen key to remove the entire unit off the license plate bracket, so like all other helmet locks, if someone really wants my helmet they will cut the straps. It's such an awesome helmet lock, so I decided to get another. Seems like they aren't making them anymore so getting them is a bit more difficult than it used to be and was about 2x the price from back in 2006. I really like that I don't need to occupy space in my hard cases with my helmet, especially for short trips with my wife where I'm not really concerned about theft, vandalism or rain getting inside helmet.
We've gone out for a ride 'n hike and this way the helmets get locked up and all our gear easily fits in the hard cases
.
I looked at all the common retailers and none had it in stock. So I ended up I finding the helmet lock on eBay and it came to $86US all in. Took about 10 days to get it.Where did you buy the helmet lock @shanekingsley? Until I find a top case to mate with my luggage, or replace it all with GIVI I need something.
Yes sir and I really like it.Makita 5200 compressor? I have the same one. It's a great tool.
I went with 2400 for less noise. If I need more air, I add a 700 to almost double output while still being reasonably quiet. If a great deal on a big quiet compressor comes along, I will put one in and sell some of the smaller ones. I am not willing to pay a fortune to get more air as there are only a few times a year where I have to wait for air from what I have.Makita 5200 compressor? I have the same one. It's a great tool.

Me too. Think I paid $260 for mine brand new and they sell for close to double that.I bought the 5200 a few years ago for much less than what they are selling for now. I want to add a pig tank to it so I can hold more air.
I also have a Makita AC001 for my work inside the house. The thing is super quiet and is perfect for nailers and trim work
A coiled bike lock works great. We've used it to lock helmets AND jackets all at once.Where did you buy the helmet lock @shanekingsley? Until I find a top case to mate with my luggage, or replace it all with GIVI I need something.
Yup, used one when I was commuting to lock the helmet chin bar to the triple clamp, as well as my jacket sleeve. Combination lock so no additional keys to carry.A coiled bike lock works great. We've used it to lock helmets AND jackets all at once.
We had our first snow today. Nothing stuck but the time is near.Pre winter nap oil/filter change...
So it's time to fire up the sled and see if last winters gas is still viable....We had our first snow today. Nothing stuck but the time is near.
