Very very tempting trust me. I’d love one but got other things to pay for now.
I think they go on sale at some point. Maybe around $1500
I can get a used two post lift for less. Obviously some plusses and minuses to each solution.I think they go on sale at some point. Maybe around $1500
But I will be buying these flexible oil pans.
Need to look into it, as right now I don’t have an empty container for the old oil. There’s still 1L left in the container of fresh oil.I got one of these from Crappy Tire. Works well. Plus you can save up your oil and then pour it back into the original container when it's empty:

Just save your empty laundry jugs.Need to look into it, as right now I don’t have an empty container for the old oil. There’s still 1L left in the container of fresh oil.
I just save some empty orange juice or iced tea bottles when I know I am close to getting my oil done. Of course you will need a few.Need to look into it, as right now I don’t have an empty container for the old oil. There’s still 1L left in the container of fresh oil.

All the garages and Cdn Tires in Brampton (that I am aware of) have stopped doing that. Too many people dumping contaminants in with the used oil.You can also take the full container to your local garage or Cdn Tire and they empty it into their large oil recycling drum.

Keep receipts for your oil/filter. Should add up to the time/mileage if you ever have a warranty claim. They can't deny a claim because you do your own oil changes if you can back up that it was done.Manufacturer wants a stamp in the book, every time the bike is serviced. Some places have a discount oil change & inspection, but charge time & materials for a scheduled service which might amount to the same thing. Do you just have to keep receipts if you do it yourself or is it best to wait until the warranty expires?
Gas stations have a pole on the pump island for empty washer fluid jugs. Endless supply.Need to look into it, as right now I don’t have an empty container for the old oil.
My solution: Get two pieces of 2X8 or 2X10 lumber, each about 2 ft. longer than your ramps. On one end cut an angle for your approach. On top of the other end, nail a 2X4 cross ways, to prevent your wheels from pushing the ramp off the end. Set your ramps on top.Just wish those damn ramps were higher up. Would make it so much easier.
