Weather

Bring on the April showers and flowers.

At the rate we're going it's going to be May showers brings June flowers.

Even if I got an EV with vehicle to home capability, 5+ days is more than that could reasonably deal with.

That's the nice thing about the Volt - after the 15kwh from the battery is used, the engine just starts up and maintains the battery at the "bottom" level, so you can continue to sap the 12v for around 1500-1800w on an inverter and the Dc-to-Dc keeps up no problem, just cycling the engine on and off as needed.

If you were miserly with a ~750w/hour average use (just the essentials, fridge/freezer, occasional furnace cycling on and off) that would average around 18kw a day, so our Ioniq could power things for a little over 4 days.

So all of this is suppose to melt and be like +10 tomorrow... I'm having my doubts right now.

18 degrees actually.

Go home, mother nature, you're drunk.

Driveway is currently covered in snow.

I'm planning to ride my motorcycle to Hockley for lunch tomorrow.

:ROFLMAO:

Sledding is still good. 3’ of snow on the trails, got 4” of fresh powder today.

Last year I was riding up hear the first week of April, I’m still sledding!

The fog is thick here this morning maybe 20ft of visibility.
From my weather app, aside from two days, single digit temps up for the next one to two weeks.. 😖

Was a great drive this morning with the fog. I'm tempted to pull the dash cam.

+9 on the drive in @sburns

We'll see, It might be plus whatever in temps, but with fog, rain, wind, and cloudy. Tomorrow might be better with sun.

Went out for a short ride. Just to Port Perry and back. Temps were great, but crazy amount of wind.
Any ride is a good ride (y)

I forgot to add, gas in PP was $1.25 (To was $130 ish), could be a good year for riding. Or at least until they pull back the curtain after the election.
