Toxic work colleagues

I'm forced to agree.

I find it funny Rob, that you twice didn't read posts correctly, and yet you still try to attack me. It shows me your intent isn't proving a point but skimming the thread and making things up. I figured you were better then this, but I guess I'm wrong for once.

That's fine. I came to the conclusion that you had no intent in this thread but to attack and insult the OP, long ago.

Oh, and the definition you're looking for is #3 on this list: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/objective

As this thread shows, there are a whole lotta GTAMers who can contribute a bunch of bad advice and irrelevant opinion.

And then there are those who are completely out of touch with reality. These space balls give the absolute worst feedback or suggestions every single time they post. Seriously, they contribute zip f-all 100% of the time. God invented 'ignore' for these people, use it wisely people.

I can't ignore ppl, I've got to say the last word

This is a nicer way of saying what I meant.

The OP states in his first post that he is venting. However if we wish to be less cruel in general including to the witch think about what she may be facing. Maybe all she has in life is her job. Once she retires she's just another old lady at the mall. Maybe her hubby is a drunken coutch potato. We don't know her finances and maybe retirement will be tough. Some people don't plan well regardless of income.

When you are racing someone who has an almost empty gas tank all you have to do to win is stay on the track. There is no benefit to anyone to humiliate the guaranteed loser or run them off the track. The officials have apparently seen the antics of the old babe. Just stay on the track.

I really gave you too much credit before. My intentions were not to attack or insult, my intention was to tell the op crying on here isn't going to solve his problem, the only way to solve it, is to talk to the Co worker, again I thought it was self explanatory, by all my post saying exactly that. Lets recap, first you say I haven't been in charge of anything larger then a lemonade stand(wrong), then you state I said it's not a managers job( wrong again) then you state I am assuming there's a union involved ( wrong yet again) now you say my intentions were to attack and insult the op and what do you know ( wrong again) lmfao you're making Bibo look good right now. But hey you're a mod lol so that makes up for it. Enough said

Actually I was insinuating that you have no apparent managerial ability, which was correct.

then you state I said it's not a managers job( wrong again)...

Actually you said that you had "... more important things to do ; when managing; then get involved in an employee dispute, especially if I only have one side of a storey." The clear implication is that you seem to think employee dispute resolution would be beneath your position, as a manager, when it is in fact a key part of the job in any organization.

You also implied that I had no managerial experience, myself, when it in fact seems to more diverse than your own and so I gave little weight to the comment.

then you state I am assuming there's a union involved ( wrong yet again)

I gave you that one. So far that's one (1).

Your first post was, in fact, an attack on the OP. It was insulting, to say the least. It was even reported as such, though I didn't note that fact until well after my own reply.

That looks like 3:1, in my favour.

Lmao again you're wrong. First I have been self employed for the last 8 years, so managing is something I do very well, in fact I do it so good, I get other contractors calling me on a daily basis asking advice. Second you should learn how to read, go back and re read my post. I said the first step is to approach the other person involved and try to solve it there, and only if that doesn't work you take it to the next level. I didn't imply you didn't have any managerial experience I said your managing skills need refining, which implies you have managerial experince, but they need a bit of re working. Looks like it's 5 - 0 for me. I added extra because you really need to refine your reading skills also. Rob I used to think you were intelligent, again I state, you're making Bibo look good.

You can never make someone on the internet that is wrong change their mind, I have learned that arguing with Paul in here

Do you know the woman involved? Do you know the circumstances involved? The only fact here is, posting this on a motorcycle forum won't solve anything for him, if it's that bad he has to take it up with his Co worker and solve it that way,

No, I don't - and neither do 99% of the people that responded. Which is EXACTLY the point I was making. Coming here to ask isn't the advised solution - but fact is, he did. Obviously he's unsure as to the next move and considering the conflicting advice, it's not surprising. Maybe the OP has nowhere else to 'pick' people's brains...but I guess you didn't consider that. Taking it up with the co-worker doesn't seem to be working thus far either...as he already explained in his original post. He then escalated it to his superior...also to no avail. Again, all in his original post...
