TMP 2013 dates are out

lol :) I had a guy pass me from turn 9 to 10, almost drove into the side of him!! Not an authorized passing zone in yellow group!!

That is a prime passing zone and allowed at GWB days. not sure about other days run by TMP. Sounds like he was a little late with the pass though whoever it was

Kyle passed me there on his sumo. Scared the crap outta me at first :lmao: but you need to get used to it. Gets the competitive juices flowing. :cool:

I have standards now that the bike looks good - Only Calabogy or Mosport... or Grand bend lol

Bike is ready but I am not, already lost 7 pounds in the last 2 weeks, need a bunch more to go, also I need to start cycling before I am ready for the season... and I am a pussy when it comes to cold track days

I gained 7 pounds in the last two weeks. So now I need to lose 37 pounds altogether to bring me down to my normal weight (up to 2 years ago, which was the time I first noticed Lindt crunchy caramel bars are constantly on sale in the shopper's drugmart. Oh, and the DQ blizzards in the lunch breaks... :(

Oh man, its funny how easy it is to gain but how hard it is to lose it.

I am down to 1600 calories a day - It's funny how many calories are on everything once you start noticing
 
Eat clean and you will eat a lot of food. I am around 1600 calories on off days an 2000 calories on workout days (I need the fuel), and I eat six times a day. That's usually three chicken breasts and a half dozen boiled eggs ........ plus dinner. Eat a DQ Blizzard and all you can have after that is broccolli... :lol:

On a related subject, I worked out with a friend of mine who is training for weighlifting comp. and right now everything below my neck is in pain. But I kept up to him, even though I'm 15 years older... nothing like a little competition to get you working hard, lol

On topic: you won't see me at TMP. I'm cutting my Shannonville visits down to racing, too... I guess I'm getting standards myself. This year it's Grattan, Mosport, Calabogie and NJMP for track days and some racing at Shannonville on the 600. And I cut out any event on the Pro track, after talking with Crevier and him telling me that he binned three Buells in one weekend on the corner 2 seam. :/

1600 calories is very low...that's about what I eat on an off day, and im only 135 ish.
 
I would starve and be divorced, I get hangry if I eat less then 2,000 calories....per meal.

I'm taking it easy setting up suspension and re learning the bike for njmp the week after :)
Sounds like a way better plan ;)

Hope not too long to miss the summer. Take care man, recover fast. On the positive side, if you hurt yourself on April 7th, no biggie, they'll fix ya up on the next day while they have you opened ;)

HAHAHA! Only problem is, they said if I bend the rod in my leg on April 7th, I don't even wanna know what they'll have to do to take it out/fix it :(
