2009 zx6r Laps in the 1.26 mark to 1.28 , Yes warmers used, I found the back broke lose twice existing the corner and the front washed once in the corner, Tires have 2 track days on them, I was runnning 28psi on them when it i felt the tires wash, At it was at the end of the day, Tires look used butnot killed, Just wondering if the tires have to many heat cycles ?

126 at tmp? i dont think the back broke lose because you were getting on the gas to hard.
lap record is 112.

If you're running at TMP, that track eats tires.

tmp eats tires???? really. because out of all the tracks i have raced at(shannonville,daytona,indy,etc) tmp is the easyest on tires.and i only run 1 15 at tmp. maybe your tire are not lasting because youre tire is mounted on backwards. just a thought.

I have read thats what the tires should be at, They seem ok on that psi, TO be honest Ive run between 28 and 31 I think I had them down to 28 to get them to hook up more, only did 8 or 9 laps

wayne will tell you to run the rear at 22psi

He said he flipped it after tmp, that's why it's backwards, and tmp destroys the right side of the tire. You don't have to run fast laps to spin the rear tire, you can be slow and ham fist it.

The same could be said for that rider at any track.

The track surface at TMP is relatively gentle on tires compared to other tracks.
