Submariners are still selling (grey market) for about $3000 over MSRP. Down from the highs of a few years ago.. It's a joke. Rolex Manufactures more watches than the next three biggest brands combined. IIRC about a 1000000/year. Nothing rare about a Rolex. Marketing is top notch though.
 
The cheap watch I have zip tied to the bars. (off for a new battery)
I drilled a line of small holes to make a slots for the zip tie.
Water resistant but it seen lots of rain.

I fabricated an Al angled bracket mounted to my top clamp and velcro mounted the case of my Timex Ironman Triathlon onto it.

Very low horology but outdoor clock with temp and humidity that came with the house was showing it's age. Temp and humidity needles were both frozen solid and resistant to repair. Marathon has a decent sale on clocks (sadly not much of a sale on watches). As expected, it is the standard quartz clock movement the same as the rest of these. At the sale price, it is much cheaper than the unbranded ones from Amazon (and also presumably marathon has vetted their supplier so they don't get associated with crap). If you don't want temp and humidity, they have a version with a sweep second hand.

Amazon definitely has similar 18-20" models for $90-180. At the top end, you get bulova printed on the clock, at the bottom Firsttime & Co. The marathon was cheaper than all of those. Technically amazon has one similar for $55 but it has hideous hands. The marathon is nothing special as expected but the price was decent and design was better than many of the others.
