I think you must have me confused with somebody else.

So I just did a first pass polish of my "new" Erion exhaust. Looks pretty darned good for a $450 full system! Hopefully I can get it installed on Monday without any hitches.

Glad everyone enjoyed it. I learned a lesson that people cant see through tinted visors at night! lol

Just a heads up next friday in DT KW there is a meet and greet from 6:00 - 10:00pm at city hall

I will probably be going unless the weather is bad. Might be fun..or lame..

Is the Erion exhaust just the OEM from the Erion model or is it aftermarket?
I thought the Erion model was just a paint job like the Repsol models of the newer CBR's?

Aftermarket Erion Racing full exhaust :) Yes, you're right, the Erion model had the same system as the regular models.

I'm guessing it will be a cruiser fest, but might be fun to check out.

I know! Super sweet. On the 929, removing the stupid exhaust valve and airbox flapper, plus adding a PC3, makes the bike so much smoother to ride.

Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.

Anyone doing any riding this afternoon? Just curious.

Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.

Nice Dave, my power commander will have to wait till next season.

I was lucky enough to find a used one on Fireblades.org.

Was out Elmira way earlier... may head out again later... not sure yet...

Busy sanding down the bodywork on my new-to-me SV1000 track bike...
One of the previous owners had no idea how to paint with a rattle can -- runs everywhere!!! Blah...
Probably end up patching a few weaker looking spots here and there while I'm at it over the winter.

Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.

The weather is supposed to be great next sunday, any one interested in a nice slightly longer ride? I am thinking 2-300kms might be the last chance for a great ride this year.

Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.

I had an awesome ride this weekend, Through the forks and up near Terra Nova on airport road and CR-21 and River Rd.
River Road is absolutely amazing haven't seen a road like that before.

I would be in for a ride, as long as I don't have company. My sister and brother-in-law might be coming over next Saturday and staying the night. Which direction are you thinking? I had been thinking of doing a ride up to River Rd (in a relatively non-straight way) then up to the top of Blue Mountain.

We might not have a chance this late in the season, but if you like River Rd then you absolutely need to ride up around Haliburton and basically anything between hwy 11 and Ottawa. Nothing else in Ontario even comes close to those roads. It's a hell of a long day, better to do it in two days to do it right, since there are just so many good roads.
