Re: The Official 2011 Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas thread.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking also, Tim (about turn 1 I mean! haha). It was hard to hit it with the weird front end slide I kept getting. I just finished un-track-prepping my bike and also pulled out the emulator valves and took 1/2 a turn out of the valve spring preload. We'll see if I feel a difference. I may also be running my pressures a bit high (29 psi hot) as I've heard that Dunlop tires work better with slightly lower pressures. I'll experiment next time.
So I ended up using Windows Live Movie Maker since it was free and already on my laptop. It's not too bad. Lets me cut out what I want and add a fade in/out which is nice. I've got two more videos from Shannonville that I'll put up on YouTube. The first is almost uploaded. One is on the Nelson circuit and has the GoPro mount clickety clicking so I added some music (I think you guys will appreciate the lyrics as they pertain to riding) to make it more tolerable. The second is on the long track and has good sound, no music. Both show some nice SMP passing spots. Yes, it is possible to PASS other people on an SV. I had to post the vids to prove it, because I know you guys don't believe me
