Anyone want to head to the Pro6 BBQ dyno day on Saturday?
Fence building will continue if the weather is nice.

I built my fence as well, way to much to have some one else do it for me.
Anyone planning on going to check out Royal this Thursday?
My estimates put it at about 34+ seconds, with all at idle except for blip to 4000 rpm. Margin for error, let's say 45-50 seconds total.
The engine pulled well at the track yesterday. Not quite as well as the old one, but that was more than likely due to this being back at stock gearing instead of the -1 front the other one was set at.
Will definitely check for metallic flakes in the oil very closely. Have to flush the rad one more time, so when I'm doing that, I'll drain a little oil out and see if there's anything i can see before heading off to Shannonville on Monday.
I bet a woman is behind this.
You would lose your shirt on that bet. That's the last thing that would happen over here.
I don't enjoy riding a sport bike on the street anymore, even one that I made comfortable. I'm sick of constantly holding back. Can't crank the gas without shattering speed limits in 4 seconds, and the kind of riding that bike makes me want to do is the kind of riding that broke my shoulder 10 years ago. I also want to get back to dirt riding so I'm looking for a nice street legal enduro. Plus I don't feel that I'm getting my value from the 929 because I don't ride it enough to justify the insurance.
I am sure there are many riders out there that would agree on the shattering of the speed limits and not being able to go like you want to. I'm sure it was not an easy decision to come by. Good luck with the sale Dave.

If I've had my insurance for a year, I'd be SO EXCITED to take that off your hands....unless you're willing to wait until April 2013....I'd still buy that in an instant.
What are you thinking of getting? I have been toying with trading the SV on a WR250RYou would lose your shirt on that bet. That's the last thing that would happen over here.

I would like something a bit bigger than a 250. In the dirt 250 is great, but on the street a bit more is good for highway speeds. KTM has/had a bunch of choices, 450/500/530/690 (690 is a bit heavy). My neighbours friend has a street legal KTM 450 enduro that he's going to let me try.
I wish Yamaha made a street legal WR450... I know I could build one, and I may do that, but it would be nice to have it ready made like the WR250X (supermoto).
