Got the bike fired up last night and waiting on the rest of the parts to come in, If I finish and can test ride before I might be in Sunday.
I presume your stator looked okay. Have you checked your idle voltage to be sure it's all good?

Ok let's keep Sunday morning in mind weather permitting. We can post meet up place/time closer too?
I'm out for a motorcycle ride, but mountain bike ride:
Where: WCC "Hydrocut" trails, Glasgow entrance
When: Sunday June 3rd, ~10am
Duration: 1-2 hours, whatever you can handle!
Helmet and water required, bug juice and gloves recommended

Dave if the weather looks like its still going to rain on Friday for Sunday. Then I might be up for the hydro cut. This fatty needs to shave a few.
I need a good pair of gloves. Well I have good gloves but they're uncomfortable. Looking for suggestions and places to pick up a pair. Thx
I put a new (used) stator and cover on (Stator that was in there had a short), Tested everything before and after and it is running good. Just waiting on the inner handlebar weight and have to switch over the clip-on.
Should be a quick job as long as my heated grip comes off easily....
Sounds good. I know you know what you're doing, but I had to ask
FYI seeing a lot of 125 & 250's in kw lately.

Oh how I hate Zdeno's, So I took the bike for a ride yesterday and checked to voltages to see if the battery was charging and they were off, So I pulled the stator plugs to find out I had a short in the stator zdeno sold me, Pulled the stator out and looked and tucked under the grommet all 3 wires were completely frayed.
I got my old stator out and am going to put that one back in but now I have to try to get my money back from zdeno's for selling me a broken part, and what I have heard about doing that I better have some damn good luck as I have heard it is never their fault when they sell you a broken part with the damage hidden.
Look at your receipt - it'll have a big "SOLD AS IS" stamp on it... really hope they honour the fact the part was bad.

If you paid on your CC call them and see if they can do anything for you.
