Anyone here listen to the edge in the morning? Think the guys were hilarious and always tested the limits.
Now the recent firing of Todd, will you guys still listen? He was a good co-host.
Has anything leaked at to why he was let go?
 
Got boooring long time ago. Dean has no backbone. It's easy to be a bully when you don't stand for anything.

Oh wow. I've actually met Todd personally one time. Hella funny guy.

I can agree. It had. Seems like a Continuos circle. But they talked about a lot of stuff no other station would. I only herd so much in the morning as I usually start much earlier.

They always go on vacation at the same time. So I had a feeling something was odd.
As for reasons they didn't give details.
Just as they didn't wen Jason got fired.
 
Meh the schtick they had going on has been stupid for a long time. Jason was the last decent guy on the show and it has been downhill since they fired him.

Agreed! Jason seem like a stand up guy. It seems like Dean is a very unpleasant person in real life. I highly doubt his show would be any good as how it used to be.
 
met dean numerous times. became a even more of an ***, the bigger his show got.
todd was ok early on, but then got boring.
jason was cool
 
Peterborough's rock station has a decent morning show 101.5 they have a little banter, some interesting and local news and some weather. No trying to out stupid each other and the amount of disrespect that comes from edges morning show is insulting.

I do mis Alan cross's show about the history of new music, too bad they killed the archives. That would make a killer box set.

Agreed. Between the horrible morning show, and the ultra repetitive playlist I can't understand how people still listen to 102.1.
 
"whaa happen" is still a pretty funny radio bit that they run and they get some good guests in.

Todd has most likely taken a new job, much like the nonsense about Jason being fired, he turned up a week later on a station owned by the same media group.
