Ok, a couple of things. The driver wasn't forced over by the white car, he chose to move over. It also looks like he was slowing when he did that, and then the film abrubtly switches to the rear view. It then abruptly skips time at around 33 seconds, possibly the driver was brake checking the person he'd just cut off. Both of these people seem to be playing games on the highway.
50/50 both idiots . first off the 1st idiot didn't even try to slow for the amber. with a moving vehicle making a turn in front of him no less. The other idiot assumed the first idiot would stop for the amber. Idiot +idiot = boo booNissan (probably) had time to stop, but went through light anyway. Left turning vehicle is obviously at fault. The scary part about the video is there's another vehicle turning left after the one that was hit.

Was that plate blurred out by the video, or did he have some coating on it?

That's what I was thinking. The type to avoid 407 and red light cameras. Yeah, they leave those, but those plate frames covering "yours to discover" though....they get ticketed...smhLooks like a dirty polarized plate cover to me. They're illegal and I have no idea why cops don't pull off every one that they see.

He stayed and waited for the cops to arrive to give his statement. The U-haul truck driver ran away from the scene... cops found alcohol, an air rifle and a bag with wallets in it. He also wasn't the same person who originally rented the truck."
