Close but I was fully stopped and she was still a few meters from the line and rolling. It wasn't one of those 'who got here first' situations. There was a third car already stopped before either of us got there and he took his sweet time getting through the intersection. So I think she either got impatient or forgot the order by the time he got through. Either way...

On the gardner today, some dink tries a 2 lane dash for the dunn ave exit. LOL....almost made it....hit the divider and tore off the underside of his car. Im sure its a write off....Didn't hit anyone but he came close. $##$#=+( idiot.

Classic too much speed in the corner, with an overcorrection cherry on top. Super mega bonus epic facepalm points for turning off all your lights afterwards. Hazard lights... or maybe even just leaving your parking lights on? Why would you need to be seen while sitting on the side of the road after an accident?

Achievement earned: Clueless idiot driver.

I commute across the city everyday, so I do a fair amount too, but I don't catch as many mistakes and poor driving as you do. (everyDAY there is at least ONE person that can't figure out their vehicle's lights though, amirite?!?!)

One thing to note, however is that; We are humans and humans make mistakes. All of us do. In a given day, I probably encounter 500 other road users within striking distance of my car, and it is HIGHLY likely that someone will be having an off-day, is tired, or will genuinely make an honest mistake. We can all be better if we have a little bit of tolerance for this.

While i agree with the overall sentiment of optimism here, you cannot deny that the douchebaggery that happens on the roadways, in most cases, can likely be direct result of choice/action...not mistake.
