The Bad Drivers of Ontario Thread

Youthful indiscretions….

Drunk driver killed his friend.

The victim was a friend of a friend and very involved in Polish scouts and well liked in the community. Got drunk, fell asleep in the back, and didn’t buckle in. I met him a handful of times but didn’t know him well. Nice kid.

He got tossed out and died a few days later. 22. RIP.

Just saw a Porsche cut off kids on a green outside of the Science Centre. Wish I remembered the plate. I’d report that a$$hat.

And they would get a form letter that's worth as much as the stamp, envelope, and the paper it's written on.
Twice I reported bad drivers.

Once the cops called and said ‘thanks as we’ve been getting reports of him and finally got a plate with your report’

Second one I reported an F150 for jumping the curb to get to a right turn faster and driving on the sidewalk.

Cops called me the next day for more info before they went to pay a visit.

I was shocked both times.

You must not be in Brampton. Earlier in this thread you can find video I got of a pickup truck using the bicycle lane to get ahead of other vehicles at red lights, using the bicycle lane as a passing lane, and doing all that while at likely double the speed limit in an active school zone. Brampton cops must just be too jaded at this point to care.

One instance was here in my area at Dundas and Mavis, and the other was in Etobicoke at Kipling and the 401 near the HD.

Hwy 11 near hearst. Truck driving on the wrong side of the road for no obvious reason. Oncoming truck serves to avoid and ends up in the ditch. I would consider this not at fault as he had no options but I am sure insurance will use it as a chance to screw him. At fault truck appeared to have no reaction. Asleep?

Looks like he was going straight down the middle, to me. Scared of a little snow and losing traction?

I like what Arizona is doing, we should import this to Ontario:
We really need this here.
It wasn't bad going to Toronto this time, but in Toronto, coming back from Welland in the 110 zone going 90, and coming home it wasn't good.

Every time, and I mean EVERY time I drive south on the 404 in the afternoon there is people cruising at 90 in the left lane in the 110 zone. Then once the speed limit drops to 100 and the 3rd lane opens up at wellington they gas it and do 115. It's so bizarre.
