Suzuki Demo Ride @ Brampton Powersports - July 16, 2011

There is going to be a GS 1000 there?

(SilverBullet132) - As far as I know the GS 1000 will be there. I specifically copied the list that the GM gave me and as far as I know it was right, aside from the two typos that were fixed. All I know is the information that was given to us but if your looking for further confirmation just visit www.bramptonpowersports.com and visit the staff page which gives you the GM, Assistant manager and sales team emails for contact and questions. Or try calling them, but I would suggest email because of the nature of the question. Hope you get to try the bike your looking forward to! Take care and good day.

Route map will be going up today sometime. Also just had clarification on the Burgman that its a 650 for you scooter lovers.

I think this will be good incentive for me to get my resume updating and looking for a real job. Sure this one lets me surf online all I like, but it doesn't really pay the bills to get a car before upgrading my bike.

M2 is perfectly fine, as long as you are 18 and have riding gear with you.

Good stuff. Too bad the B-King isn't on the list, it's on my list of bikes to try one day.

I went and took a look at the BKing and yea that is a hot bike! Do you know if they have 2011 or 2012 models? I just saw a bunch of 2008 and 09 models for pics.

Was browsing the GTA Motorcycle forums and they had a good link to Demo day rules.

1. motorcycle helmet, which is designated and approved for motorcycling. Riders choosing to use an open face helmet must have adequate eye protection. Note: "Beanie" helmets of any type are not allowed. Very old helmets may also be considered unsafe and accordingly not acceptable for our demo rides.

2. Full finger gloves,

3. Long pants,

4. Boots or shoes that cover the ankles

5. A long sleeved jacket (riders are responsible for bringing their own riding gear)

6. He/she is not under the influence of any drug or alcohol.

Brampton PowerSports has the largest Motorcycle showroom in the GTA! We have models for beginners to advanced! Cruisers, Sport/Super Sport, Dual-purpose, Dirt Bikes, Atv’s, Power Watercraft, Scooters, Ski-Doos and more including a giant accessories section for you to browse as well! Brampton PowerSports is also a great place to find your generators and other forms of Honda and Yamaha Power Equipment!

Only 9 more days until the Suzuki Demo Day! Make sure you have your Saturday afternoon booked off or freed up for a FREE ride! :p Just a reminder that the weather needs to be on our side for the tour to commence. There will also be an onsite BBQ where you can get a chance to chat with the PowerSports staff while your waiting your turn for the bike you want to demo. And dont forget we have a huge accessory section at the back of the store! Lots of helmets, gloves, jackets, pants and much more including mods for your bike!

Sweet. I'll finally get to try out an M50...

I'll be riding in from Hamilton. Anyone else?

Just a heads up for you guys that when you sign up on the Demo day I have created a "How did you hear about us" sheet and we just want you to mark a tick on where you heard about us before you sign up. Obviously you heard about us through this site but I would love to have some concrete evidence of how many of you guys show up! I am not sure if I personally will be there on the Demo Day but will be starting up a forum when its done asking for all your guys/gals input on the event. I for sure would want to know from the public's view how the event went. What was good, what needed improvement, what you would recommend for our next demo day, how you felt the Brampton PowerSports and Suzuki staff mingled with you. Even what your favorite bike was, or favorite in the showroom. We want to know everything so we can consistently make your experiences with us better and better!
