Stupidly overpriced motorcycle for sale thread

Looked at the listing, the bike is mint! you realize that bikes list price is close to 12 grand. How much of a dive do you feel he should take on it :unsure: 5 grand depreciation is dreaming.

Looks mint if you trust pretty pictures. It was prolly used as a farm toy. So who knows what kind of abuse it's seen? Getting difficult to get parts for them, so that's a bunch of the price. No idea of how many hours on it is what "no hour meter" means.$12k was the msrp. Not all of them sold for that. Honda made dealers display them on the showroom floors and some of them sat there a long time before leaving.
If it were in the crate, sure 10k. But it's a used bike. Doesn't matter how pretty it is.

The flat tires are a nice touch. It would be hard to have a lot of fun on that thing. Off road your steering and braking would be miserable at best, on road you would be very very likely to press the ejector button.

My buddy and I were a couple reasons U-Haul quit renting them.
Insurance was peanuts.
We'd rent two on a Friday.
On Monday, we would take back what was left of them. That usually fit in a couple cardboard boxes.
