I'd like for a member of the skull/flames sub-culture to explain themselves.

That thing looks like a prop bike for a WWE backstory.

I don't get it either. I do not have a single skull or bone on my bike, or anything I wear. At Dover for example I was looking for a T Shirt, but I could not find a single one that didn't have either of the above plastered somewhere on it. I came home empty handed.

IIRC he has been fined a few times for being an unlicensed dealership (curbsider). Also he seems to price things quite a bit differently than the market seems to support. I'm slightly surprised he's not selling that 10R frame for 8K and saying it comes with the rest of the parts of the bike to avoid another curbsiding charge.

That guy Chifor is shady as hell. Already got in trouble for curb siding, unfortunately I had the misfortune of dealing with this prick before I knew his history. Stay away.

Wants to charge you tax on top of used goods, then wont give you a receipt, when you ask for a business number instead of a receipt for the record of transaction (if you're gonna charge me tax a**hole I want some documents) then he runs away from the deal calling you the prick.

Real piece of work this guy.

If it costs you 4K + the stolen bike + the potential future heat it seems to me that is starting to cost more than just buying a bike the normal way.

well the thing with stolen bikes, is that they're free
so for 4K plus some taxes and fees
a dirtbag could get a stolen bike plated and insured
VINS won't match, but if paperwork does, cops rarely check

a 13 ZX10R is worth around 10K or more
