my local honda dealership is clearing new ones out for $4100 on the road. this one is $4500+ with 8,000km. :/

He scratched it, wants $7900...they are $5600 brand new.

Apparently not and neither am I. My wife and I and distinct people with separate bank accounts and interests. Sure we influence each other but I don't think except in the most extreme of circumstances we would be giving each other ultimatums to give up actives we like.
