Sterling banned from NBA

I think this is more of a "conflict of interest" issue for Sterling. It also places the people working for him in an awkward situation since they technically can't voice out or else they will be out of a job. The NBA was also covering their *** with the decision seeing as major sponsors were already retracting their support for the Clippers and the rest would have followed if Sterling would have remained in position. No sponsors, no income generation, no jobs for players, everyone involved in the NBA loses. Considering the amount of support against Sterling, it was the right decision made by the NBA. Was it ethical? Maybe not. But it was for the league's "best interest".
 
Discrimination and prejudice is built in human nature..... We have all done it at some point.... Even subconsciously and not necessarily against race...... All the money in the world cannot fix this

What a load of crap. People that make these type of statments are just trying to normalize their ignorance.
There is nothing "built in" about prejudice/discrimination/racism. These behaviours are taught and learnt.
It's a function of society not human nature.
