why should he step aside ? should you be fired for what you do in your bedroom ?

If you signed an agreement that you would not have sex with plastic dolls it might be ! Thats the difference Donald broke the agreed upon rules of a private club/business.
He didn't do anything illegal but he did break his own clubs bylaws.

You get the difference right..this is not a legal issue its a contractual one.

Its not that specific its probably worded as "actions that adversely impact the the leagues image" and consequences will be defined in there hence the fine.

Let's say you were a white contractor doing a lot of work for Sterling to the point that if you lost his account you would lose your business and home. He gives you more business and you have to hire another employee. A black person is in line and qualified but if you send one of "THOSE people" to his home or office you know you will lose the account, your business and home.

Taking the higher path deprives you and your family of decent housing and education. It doesn't help the minority employee because the company is going to fold anyway.

If Sterling did the dirty deed himself he could be punished but if you do it for him he walks away denying involvement.

All for nothing. All those "Atta boys" and back pats won't pay the bills.
