Small trailers?

The LED carrier light kit is more than long enough for TIAB. I've been using them for a couple years now and there's even a little excess that needs to be wrapped around the tongue.

They have at least 3 LED submersible versions that all pretty much look alike. I want to say it was the Powerfist that I got, but I can't remember. The one made by Blaser looks a little different and maybe based on the price it might be more durable?

I think that trailer light setup would allow a lot more flex. It might cause or allow damage quicker.

Thing is, the original incandescent trailer lights were structurally fine for years. It was just the electrical internals that were flaky.

older folding 4x8 trailer for $200 but up north a bit.

Something that I didn’t consider since my trailer fit in my trunk....how do you get this thing home when you buy it?
Seller keeps the plate so now you have a trailer ownership, but no plate.

Can’t register it if you buy on Sunday so do you need to go back?

Drove the last one home no plates. If you have another trailer use that one.

I have trailer plates that sellers gave me. Technically no bueno as plates are supposed to stay with them. Alternatively, I have trailer plates for red, orange and silver home built trailers so one of them should work.

Anyone want the stock axle assembly complete with /springs/mounts casters and 12" wheels and tires (tires still serviceable) from a HF folding trailer?

Just checking before I scrap it.

Pick up in Mississauga.

Just picked up a new lighting kit for the TIAB. The left side blew out both bulbs and when I replaced them still not working.

Will wire the whole thing up this week when I find some spare time.

Tell the seller you will mail him the plate, I’ve done that a few times.

Once the border opens up I'll sell this TIAB and probably pop down to the states for the HF folding trailer. While I love the small trailer, it is nice to have the option of a more usable trailer once in a while.

I agree, just make sure it doesn't get trapped. Currently the wifes SUP board is tied up to the trailer so it is a prick to go get mulch. May delay until next year as I don't want to have to move the board multiple times. Folding is better than flat. I know more than a few people that buried their trailer under stored items and it is years (or decades in some cases) before it is useful again.

Looking to upgrade the plywood on my trailer as what appears to be mould is growing!

Anyone recommend where I can get marine plywood? Or just buy normal plywood and paint it for long term solution?

My trailer has normal crap plywood on it, no paint or sealant. It's about 11 years old and has spent more than half that time outside. A little beat up but no plans ro replace any time soon. . That works for me. I wouldnt be paying a ton more for a better solution.

If it's just mold and the wood isnt destroyed, pressure washer or diluted bleach spray to clean it off.

Thanks guys. The plywood looks good except a very small section.

Size is 4x8 @GVH.

Looks like HD has normal pressure treated sheets for $100.

The overspray from chain lube and drips from oil changes are free if you use the trailer as a raised work platform. Just smear them around with a rag. :)

Suggestions? And recommendations? Right now it’s just a draft as I have an extra 5-6ft of cable. But just roughing it in.

I’ve got the black protective cover, just want to clean it up before I start putting it on as a final touch.

do you have the wires pinched between wood and frame rail? might not be a good idea. if they run thru a hole in the frame be sure you some kind of protection or they could rub, wear and short.
