For $4K don't get a lawyer, find a paralegal... otherwise you'll end up losing half of that $4K to "preparation" fees and such.

Yeah, saw your post earlier, but I had the order placed already, otherwise I'd have contacted them. As of the color---black works just fine for me, I still haven't decided what the color of my new fairings is gonna be anyway.
