This is absolutely beyond "bullying" even calling it that doesn't come close to what's going on here. Some sick **** actually found her autopsy pic and posted it online. Seriously, WTF?
Not surprising, especially since the media has blown this whole story up into a sensationalist campaign. I'm not trying to be insensitive but this is not the first teenage suicide that transpired from bullying, cyber or otherwise, and it won't be the last. In fact we may see a lot more misguided teenagers take the "final leap" hoping to gain the post mortem fame of Amanda Todd.
I agree with the above posts that this was more an issue about quite severe and progressively worsening depression, the signs of which were more then apparent, which was left untreated or perhaps otherwise ignored by the adults in her life. The bullying was simply a triggering or aggravating event. You can clearly tell from the pieces of paper she posted in the youtube vid that her perception about the reality of her life was clouded by depression such that every and any event that occurred in her life while she was in that state of mind would only be perceived negatively and edge her closer to attempted and eventually successful suicide.
