Has anyone actually taken delivery of a KTM RC390 in Ontario yet? parillaguy
I'm getting mine tomorrow.

In regards to racing it, the SV won't beat the cornering speed of the RC390, but just so you know.
I'm getting mine tomorrow.
It's hard for me to see what all the bikes actually are but WERA results from last weekend suggest:
SV650 Pro. 1' 03" lap times
SV650 AM. 1' 05-06"
RC390. 1' 10.8"
Best lap times reported. And the kid on the RC390 is no slouch. The RC390 is the MotoAmerica version limited to 38 hp.

Wouldn't be surprising since the rs250 is about double the hp of the 390.Nsr250/rs250 beat them all ... Kthnxbye

Surprised they limit the 390 to 38 hp. That's only 10 more than my 125.
I'd just expect a race version to have more power, not be restricted. But I know nothing about racing.Whsts the unrestricted hp? 45? Not that much different.....
Btw your rs125 isnt restricted? I recall its restricted to only 18hp oversea.

I am shocked that the streel legal thumper didn't blow them all out of water .... what are people trying to still prove????
As I would expect. Do tell tho who and what times? Cause I see B Superbike times ranging from 1' 02" to 1' 09".
Lol so serious
What did you wake up and decide you wanted to go into every thread today and troll away with your nonsense?
While the RC390 isn't street legal in this case, my posts are not pro or con, they are just facts that are coming up to clarify past discussions in this thread.
Sure, but one has to wonder why people try to put the bike down with non-sense arguments. You don's see that kind of non-sense for R3. Seems like Yamaha can release a bike without wheels and ABS and it will still do well. KTM .... Not so.
