The bike that i had completely ignored(didnt even know it existed) is the Ducati Sixty2, which i shall look more into and get some insurance quotes(dont like the fact that its air cooled bleh)

Why? There is absolutely nothing wrong with an air cooled bike. Less maintenance, too. This is a foolish reason to discount the Duc.
How can you be so certain of the R3? How many bikes have you actually sat on? You ought to visit some more dealers and throw a leg over lots of different bikes. You're doing yourself a disservice, bud. Cycle World in Scarborough has a very broad variety.

My understanding is they overheat in the summer especially in traffic(Air cooled that is)
Absolute nonsense. This is the 21st century. Not a hint of trouble with my air cooled Thruxton, five years and 60,000km on.
I'm not sure why you started this thread. You obviously made your choice some time ago.
Have fun.

+ 1 for both points.
9 pages in and the OP is still at the exact same place he started
Let's move on guys.
Better to figure out here than after buying the bike no?
Case in point, you buying an overweight and underpowered version of an R6/Fz6
The guy who doesn't even have a bike is talking ****?
Get yourself on two wheels and then come join the party. Right now you are classified below NOOB. An the 6R is a great bike and anyone who has actually ridden one would tell you that. I love mine.
Get on my level
Can dish it out but cant take it eh?
Aww, we were about to play catch and you drop the ball. Come on man!
We really have no reason to argue tho, I'll start talking about crazy things like what it's like to ride a motorcycle and you won't have a clue what I'm talking about
So let's be friends OK
haha sure,
Ill run circles around you on my epic bicycle
Can dish it out but cant take it eh?
I know you are, but what am I?Can dish it out but cant take it eh?
LOL !...its funny because its true
I have never come across a motorcycle that you need to remove the motor to get at a spark plug ffs.
Maybe not remove, but certainly can be a ton of work to access the rear cylinder on a V-Twin.
Quite a few need to have the engine "rotated" in the frame - basically remove everything necessary to be able to turn the motor in the frame without removing it.
Look at any of the Ducati Panigale's, you need to do a huge amount of work to access the rear cylinder.
Just some thoughts.
