if the only thing you have in common is riding and sex, it isn't going to last, it does make for a very good winter :-)

I would say that's pretty accurate!
Most of the straight girls are in to sport bikes... My "bed buddy" has a 2011 CBR RR... And 2 of the straight girls at my unit that ride are on sport oriented bikes..
And, it's so easy to pick out the stereotyped "dyke on a bike"... My one lesbian friend at work that rides is on a cruiser... hmm.... Ha, I guess they need something big to thump between their thighs every once in a while!!
 
I'v been trying to convince my girlfriend to start riding a V-Strom so I can pack all my crap on her bike and enjoy mine. It would be nice to have someone to siphon gas from at all times.

Personally I couldnt date someone who doesnt ride. Used to and then I found that we hardly saw each other from spring-fall (I was always out riding) and bikes became the topic for fights "Why dont you just go out riding and sort yourself out" His way of telling me to **** off.

Gilligan and I ride together and I love it :D
 
BTW I know a couple of straight girls who ride cruisers (sorry boys they are taken) and I know a couple bi chics that ride sport bikes.
 
Roughly one in eight riders is a woman. That doesn't take into account how many are already attached. Good luck with that.

I know a lot of straight women who ride cruisers too. Sorry, I wasn't trying to stereotype. It was just something I noticed because my area of research specialization is in sexualities. I think it would be interesting to do sociological research into this though. Interesting to me at least! :)

Not always... I know personally I love women but prefer men. But that happens the other way too.

Agreed and honestly I know of the stereotype and didnt through myself into the mix as being bi I am kinda hanging onto the line there lol. But it would be interesting to see how many gay women chose sport vs cruiser and how many straight chose cruiser vs sport.

I always thought that it was easier to find a woman you could deal with, show her how much fun bikes can be, then keep her the hell away from all those other horny buggers on bikes. Both male AND female, it would appear.

Hehe... girl I've been seeing for a little while now actually asks me to rev my v-twin up to 8-9.5k rpm and keep it there for a while.... wonder why... ;)
 
I have absolutely no preference for girls who ride a motorcycle. I just prefer she doesn't hate motorcycles. I actually prefer girls who don't ride. Seems girls who do ride are very judgmental towards guys who ride – how fast he can ride, how big his bike is, how good does he look on his bike.

Pretty sure I'm WELLL over the 20,000+ mark if you combined all my posts on varioius other forums over the last 10+ years...maybe even 30,000+......just sayin' lol
