Back when I was plinking semi-regularly I wanted a Marlin Camp Carbine in 9mm, precisely because of ammo costs.

(Damned barrel was too short by 1/2", so it was restricted)

I shoot 9mm the most, so my last project was a 9mm AR15 I assembeled, 5.5" barrel and uses 10rd glock mags that I share from my pistols. Great setup for me since I alseady have tons of glock mags

My goal was to get an unrestricted plinking gun for use on private property, so something like that wasn't an option. The barrel length of the Marlin Camp Carbine put it in the restricted category by 1/2"

Wasnt really suggesting what I have to you, was just saying yes 9mm is cheaper and just as fun, so since I only shoot restricteds currently thats what I did, it worked out best for my needs.

However Im not sure the cost or style of that Marlin rifle you talk mention, but there are a few NR 9mm rifle options out there, and a few that use 10rd Glock mags

JR carbines are NR with Glock mags with the right barrel length, also KRISS Vector gen2 in 9mm with 18.5" barrel is also NR and uses Glock mags, if i wanted NR those were some of
the options I found...Both expensive but thats my taste, Im sure there is more out there

I wish I had somewhere to shoot NR outdoors! Still trying to find a friend with some land LOL

It looks remarkably like an oversized Ruger 1022.

anyone know where I can find a compressor extender like this? I'm mostly interested in the 90 degree quick lock end

This would get more attention if posted in the tech or general section. FWIW I'd try Princess Auto or scavenge one off a cheapie air compressor.

That looks really cool! I thought that was an internal magazine but in other pictures I saw it uses a pistol magazine

Sucks about the barrel length, but do they allow us in Canada to do the same thing in the US I see guys doing? Where they are able to add a muzzle device that is pinned onto the barrel making it permanently longer, and long enough to be legal in their state. I just got a muzzle brake for an AR15 that has the pin hole drilled in it so you can use it for that purpose

I wish I could get this in NR

I believe that you can, if the work is done by a licensed gunsmith. I simply wasn't willing to go that far and went for a Marlin lever chambered for .44 Mag/.44 Special instead. Haven't been out in a loooong time.

Getting ready for spring.Bought a Jitsie airbox cover "pre filter" for my Ossa.

I'll never understand the rekluse, turning a dirt bike into a semi auto is sacrilegious.
A clutch does so much for you offroad.

It's not a semi auto...it basically serves one purpose

With most rekluse kits, you no longer need to pull the clutch to shift. How is that not a semi auto?

You don't need the clutch to shift without the rekluse.
I know that, I rarely use the clutch on my dirt bikes. With a rekluse, you can completely stop in gear with the clutch out. It will not stall.
It's an auto clutch, which now makes your bike a semi-auto, shifting but no clutch.

I know what they do and I want one, it would make life easier in the really tight stuff. Can't justify it for the little bit I get to ride in the dirt.
