So just got it home an hour or so ago and will have to agree with
@Rob Star in that it has a great bark ... could very well be the first bike I do not change the exhaust on.
The throttle is pretty immediate ... from a standstill or when riding, just a small twist and it jumps. I'll get used to it but would've been nice to have throttle modes a la my Triumph which has Rain, Street, Race.
I never expected to have 2 bikes in the garage and may go down to 1 next Spring but will have to see which I prefer - funny how each bike has it's own qualities. Love them all (well maybe not my Kawi Vulcan 900 - what a dog) but I got to the dealer early this morning so went for a ride along Green Lane on the California and I'll miss it. It's a whale but a beast!
Now to restrain myself AGAIN for a thousand km like I just did on the Triumph.
