If they were, there would have been a public inquiry from the start and BBBB would be out on his ass. With the public inquiry, there is no way findings will be released prior to the election. I wonder how much the gov't spent to retain the members of the smoke screen as I'm sure we are on the hook for at least a few hundred k for each one.
