A garbage can of cheap fertilizer, 5 gallons of diesel and a stick of dynamite makes a pretty big bomb.

Not as cheap as a 12guage shell, but cheap and easy.

Not as easy as that now...since ANFO bombs were used reasonably frequently as the cheap terrorists device of choice there’s been control of the fertilizer used. Even here in Canada I think you need a licence to get the stuff.

Edit: unless the terrorist is a farmer of course...
 
I don't know if anyone recorded the licence number of the RV or if there is a long search going on for any serial number plate, all to pick up a trail.
