No more kc!!!!!

It probably hasn't helped, but police were cracking down on things like this before HTA 172. I was shooed away a few times when I was having a coffee with my friends (quite inconspicuously I might add) because there were others in the parking lot doing the usual silliness, burnouts, revving engines, etc.

I agree but at least from my experiences it has intensified.

Does anyone know if it was the buisnesses complaining or the landlord... I couldnt see Tim's getting up in arms because of it. (is it just me or is that tims really sloooowwww)

Leslie and Lakeshore.
If you go there, make sure you don't park in the grocery store's half of the lot, they call the police to get you to move to the Timmies half.

anyone checking out L&L tonight for the thursday night meetup?

Does this mean all the KC tards are going to be filtering into other parts of society? ****!

They were not there last night, and people were parked every where. That no parking by the grocery store is only durring the business hours.

When customers start saying they feel intimidated by the crowd of kids around the store, management will take steps to stop it. And all you need to be doing is making it so customers have to move around you in order to do that. Would not surprise me if it was Tims that called. Back in the day, McDonalds would call in a minute if more than 3 cars were in the parking lot at Warden/Sheppard

When I went there a few weeks ago with 2 buddies (we rode from Niagara just to check it out), we got there past 9pm. This is also when the crowd was still forming as people were purposely showing up after 9 to avoid frightening the grocery store customers.
Around 9:45 or so, two police cars showed up and the officers were just walking around and politely asking riders to move their bikes from the grocery store's half of the lot to the Tim's half.
Although they were just doing their job by responding to a complaint, it was very nice to see that they weren't being jerks about it. In fact I spotted them often chit chatting with some riders and they seemed to be having a good time with us.

+1
I was there that night, it was weird, I think the store had a late closure that night.

Uhum.. it's Scarborough, what do you expect?

What? Are you by any chance 12 years old?

I personally saw idiots everywhere including here on the forum that shouldn't give me the right to paint everyone with the same brush.

Scarborough folk know you don't **** on your own doorstep!

I don't see why this is such a shock to people. In 20 years I'll have an ITR babied in my garage while bashing kids ripping priuses and some next smart car, same as the muscle car crowd does to us... carry on enjoying your ride.

Just got word... that KC will be popping again tonight!!!

Management of Tim Hortons called Property Management and told them that due to the recent harassment by police officers on their customers the business has been on a steady decline, and asked that this raid be stopped immediately.

I guess we will find out tonight.

But you are encouraged to purchase something while on the property just to be respectful.

Nice! I'll be there some time after 6:45 (gotta wait on a girl :() and will make sure to purchase something before posing. If we don't get any harassment from police I'll return my business to Tim Hortons (from the coffee time a block away).

Awesome news!

So I guess the Tim Hortons side of the lot is ok and not the chapters side?
:S
